  • EvoSweep uses dropshipping from suppliers in China. Estimated shipping times to various regions are as follows maximally:
    • Europe: 15-30 business days
    • North America: 15-35 business days
    • Asia & Oceania: 10-25 business days
  • Please be aware that these times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier delays, and other unforeseen factors. However, usually it's much faster.

1.3 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and chosen shipping method. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Sometimes we may offer a free shipping promotion.

1.4 Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.   • EvoSweep reserves the right to repair, replace, or offer a refund at our discretion for products found to be defective under warranty.

  • Approved warranty claims may result in a replacement of the defective item. In cases where a replacement is not feasible, a refund or store credit may be issued.
  • Shipping costs for warranty returns may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the specific issue and location. EvoSweep will provide guidance on any applicable shipping fees during the warranty claim process.

3. Returns and Exchanges (Non-Warranty)
